Problem

To find an end-to-end automated Supply Chain workflow across multiple ERPs (custom, Oracle apps and Oracle Fusion) and validates the regression cycle for quarterly upgrades and user training purpose.

Oracle periodically releases updates of Fusion and the organization needed to a dedicated team to validate that their supply chain workflows for regressions post validations. This was a repetitive process, every time an update was released.

Kanerika automated complete supply chain business flow, using UiPath, eliminating the manual intervention.

Approach:

Three bots orchestrated to takes the information from Sales order excel and feeds into the Fusion custom app, creating a Sales Order.
After creating the Sales order in the Fusion custom application, the second bot creates a purchase order in Oracle Fusion.
The final bot then enters the details from the purchase order to the warehouse management system where the order gets fulfilled.
