Bhupendra has more than twenty two years of experience in software product development and management. Before founding Kanerika, Bhupendra led ILM R&D, Informatica as Senior Director for more than seven years. He specializes in software product architecture and team management and in technical due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Co-Founder and COO
Samidha has over eighteen years of experience in the field of enterprise software development. She is also a management expert with wide-ranging experience covering areas such as application development and execution as well as program and project management. A disciplined leader, she is extremely skilled at team building. She leads Doc N Me, Kanerika’s flagship product that has helped more than 500,000 women so far to connect with skilled expertise globally.
Sibani carries an experience of 10 years with a wide range of big data technologies in product development and management across multiple verticals. She oversees the business requirements, project plans, architecture, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of major products at Kanerika. Her ability to manage day-to-day projects without losing sight of the future makes her an efficient customer enabler.
Architect – Big Data
Arvind is a tech expert with fifteen years of experience in technology architecture, product engineering, backend design and development. He has worked in various business domains such as e-commerce, manufacturing and capital markets. Arvind manages the design, development and rolls out for technology-based products or solutions for Kanerika.
Rasmita has over 5 years of project management experience in e-learning and IT industry. She has an excellent mix of project, people and project management. Apart from this, her extensive knowledge in Data Transformation, Data Analysis, Attribute Coding, Business Roles, Logic, Cost Allocation, Standardizing Data, Transportation Spend management, and Logistics Data makes her a valuable resource for the company.
Rasmita holds an MBA in HR and Marketing.
Ajay Kumar Nigam
Ajay Kumar Nigam, as a development manager, is responsible for leading product development. He is also responsible for migration of legacy applications. Ajay brings to the table over fifteen years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and in product development and maintenance.
Before joining Kanerika, Ajay has worked with WebMD, CA, and Accenture.
