Kanerika’s team developed a brilliant solution that established a centralized platform that enables shared visibility of rates for both parties; and a process to load data/ carrier rates as amendments, allowing customers to take appropriate action. This application allows for the maintenance and visualization of client and carrier contracts in one location and performs a rate audit against these rates. It ensures that only one rate is available for a specific criterion, thereby resolving the issue of duplicate rates. Both parties are also notified when rates expire.
