Solution

Kanerika implemented an end-to-end process automation solution using the UiPath platform, reducing efforts that go into manual candidates’ screening to ensure it is not missed and routed correctly to the right recruiter. This resulted in simplified and streamlined data collection, consolidation and processing. 

Approach Followed:
  • HR Automated Bot receives input resumes via an email when someone applies for the job through various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc.
  • It will login to the email and fetch the details, filtering the emails and routing of resumes based on the business rule.
  • It’ll then scrape the data from each mail one by one, adding the entries to an excel sheet.
  • As the data from all the emails for the given business rule is scraped, the bot will put another business rule for a different vendor, following the same process.
  • Once the scraping of the data from each email of every vendor is completed the bot will send a mail to the HR Team with the excel sheet  having complete scraped data of the applicants.
